Blended with lavender, lemon, lime, geranium and patchouli essential oils, this lotion is perfect for when you’re looking to find your center.
A magnesium lotion is best incorporated into your skincare routine after cleansing and exfoliating. Simply give your skin a few spritzes in the evening before applying a moisturizing lotion or cream for added skin benefits.
Approximately 200 mg of elemental Magnesium per teaspoon.
Start with a small amount and work your way up as needed. Massage onto clean skin, focusing on sore areas and rub in. It will have an oily feel to it, however the product absorbs quickly. Avoid broken or freshly shaven skin.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. This is normal and the sensation will ease, but can also be alleviated by applying a moisturizer between the spray and your skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
