Do you have your own retail location I may shop at?
We do not have our own retail store, however don't fret! Our sister store, The Apothecary in Inglewood
, stocks our entire line up of products and is our location for curbside pick up. Our manufacturing location does not have a store so unfortunately we cannot serve you there at the moment.
Do you have any stores near me that sell your products?
Do you have a refill program?
We sure do. If you’ve purchased our products at a shop near you, we encourage you to ask them to bring in our products on refill for you! If in Calgary, your go-to shop for all our refills is The Apothecary in Inglewood
(our sister store).
PRODUCTS + INGREDIENTS
I'm gluten free and / or vegan. Do you have products that I may purchase?
Absolutely! The majority of our products are gluten free and vegan. You will see icons at the bottom of every page indicating the different qualifications of the product. One of those indicates whether the product is vegan or not. NOTE: our facility is not certified vegan or gluten free in any way; when we indicate these things they are a general indicator of how the product has been manufactured.
Talk to me about your ingredients
How long have you got? We, like so many great Canadian personal care manufacturers, love to source the purest, most natural ingredients we can. We try to keep our supply chains short, which is challenging with packaging and ingredients from all over the world.
Do you make any unscented products?
Absolutely we do. We have found over the years that so many folks are moving away from scented products because of over stimulation with so many scents out there. You may check out our Simply Unscented line here.
Do you use styrofoam in your packaging?
No we don’t. The packing peanuts that you may receive in your order are cornstarch based and are 100% compostable!
Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible but we know sometimes you need to make a change! Get in touch with us immediately to see if we're able to make changes; if the order is already shipped, unfortunately we cannot make changes to it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. From there you should see a tracking link to watch your order make its way to you!
What if I don't like the products I ordered?
We'd love to hear from you if you are unhappy with your purchase. We always ask for feedback on your experience and would love the opportunity to make things right for you. Please get in touch with us right away so that we may help!
